At The Liquor Barn, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened bottles or items missing their original seals cannot be returned per state regulations.
Document the Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the packaging and the specific items in question to help us process your claim quickly.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos attached to request a Return Authorization.
Secure the Shipment
Once approved, carefully repack the items in their original shipping materials to prevent further breakage during the return transit.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
